Threat and risk analysis

Before advising on crime and/or terrorist countermeasures Critec analysis the client's establishment and business practices to develop a thorough understanding of the risks and threats relative to the client and their operations. Only after identification of  the client's specific problems can we advance to advising on countermeasures to manage the clients risks whilst minimising the impact on legitimate business practices. At all times,  measures should be relevant to the level of threat, risk matrix and available budget. Services include:

Feasibility studies

Once a clients problems and business practices have been assessed, the feasibility of various countermeasures will be assessed to establish a fit with the required performance criteria, function, budget and business practices. Services include:

Detail design

On identification of suitable countermeasures a formal report will be produced detailing recommendations, these will include costs, equipment details, performance and function and implications of the measures.   Services include:

Specification production

Should a client be considering a formal tendering process for the implementation of the recommendations we can  develop the report into a full formal project specification including , contractual terms and conditions, demarcation of trades, technical specification, performance and acceptance criteria, payment profiles, quality standards and warranty/maintenance liability.  Services include:

Project support

One instigation of a formal project Critec can also assist in the evaluation of tender responses from potential suppliers, identify and quantify the impact of non compliances, provide ongoing project management and witness testing support. Our personnel have extensive experience gained on large system installation projects (often working with major construction companies) requiring detailed knowledge of contract conditions, CDM. Health and Safety and quality control requirements. Services include:
